As you've already seen, my name is Niels Simoens. I'm from 2003

and I love playing handball.

The first thing you need to know is that handball is a bit similar to football:

"You need to score in the opponents goal by throwing the ball in the nets."

Handball is played with 2 goals, 2 goalkeepers and 12 players on the field. (minifootballgoals are in fact handballgoals)

The second thing is: that there is a circle of 6m aroud the goal, where only the goalkeeper is allowed.

So if you want to score, you have to throw the ball from outside that circle or you can jump and float above the circle, and while in the air, you can throw the ball into the nets.

The thirth thing is that if you have the ball you only have three steps, before you need to dribble.

Handball is like football a teamsport, so you can give unlimited passes to your teammates.

There isn't an off-side rule like football but there are plenty other diiferent rules that I won't discuss here.
